Same lobby, new endings.

A red cinema sign spelled out in lit bulbs on a lobby wall

Ultima Uscita lives in the Cinema Dorico on Via Astagno: three hundred seats in 1953, five escape rooms since 2019.

The projector stayed.

The Dorico ran westerns, then Fellini, then whatever paid the heating. It closed in 1987 and sat dark for thirty years.

Irene Brunori used to sneak in through the fire exit. In 2019 she and Luca Pieroni bought the keys, kept the projector and the sign, and built a room behind every old screen.

Stories get worse at the bar.

Before and after your room, the lobby bar pours spritz, Verdicchio and chinotto. Losing crews drink first.
